I purchased my current PC from Devin last year (August 2020), as a recommendation from a friend. I knew nothing about PCs since I was only an Apple user, and going through PCGz made me feel a lot more comfortable since they’re very knowledgeable and I could get support if I had any questions.

Throughout the past year, I haven’t had to message them much but when I do, I always get a response in a timely manner. And one time I messaged them outside of their business hours, but I still got a response.

My first impressions was that this place was a bit over priced and you can get the same from big box stores. While this is kinda true for the most basic stuff (fans, parts without stock issues, etc) getting something that’s in high demand has been a huge pain in the ass at Best Buy, Amazon, etc.

I just wanted to add myself on a waitlist from day 1 and wait. None of the random lottery crap or literally camping overnight on the street like a bum. I have a life and I’m willing to wait a reasonable amount of time…
