I purchased my current PC from Devin last year (August 2020), as a recommendation from a friend. I knew nothing about PCs since I was only an Apple user, and going through PCGz made me feel a lot more comfortable since they’re very knowledgeable and I could get support if I had any questions.

Throughout the past year, I haven’t had to message them much but when I do, I always get a response in a timely manner. And one time I messaged them outside of their business hours, but I still got a response.

We have purchased two computers from PC Gamerz. After a power outage one of them wouldn’t connect to the Ethernet. I called them at 8:30pm on a Friday night and not only did they answer but they spent 25 mins on the phone with me helping me resolve the issue.

Most of the time was on me moving slow but they were very patient and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing all of the technical terms and how to troubleshoot it on my own.

Most impressive was they called me back later that same night to make sure everything was working well. This kind of quality service is rare these days, especially on a Friday night! Thank you and well done!

I owe this business an overdue review. Since the pandemic limited our outdoor activities in 2020, it was then I discover this hidden treasure. To feed my PC hobbies, PCG had given me deals on GPUs, cases, PSUs, fans, and so much more.

I have recommended this place to one of my co-workers and he was happy with the PC he purchased. The owner and his crew are legit and they have my business. I still got a project with PCG for a custom cooling, one of their new services. Local service with local support and warranty, Can’t beat that.
